SHIPPING & FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we certainly do! We ship our books all over the world.
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged upon entry to your country.
What currency is your pricing in?
All of our prices are in Australian dollars.
I placed an order within Australia, how long will it take to ship?
Orders placed within Australia are sent on a Tuesday and Thursday. We always try to get orders out as quickly as possible, however if you require your order by a certain date we recommend you contact us prior to ordering or select Express shipping at checkout as express orders can be sent every day of the week.
I placed an order from outside Australia, how long will it take to ship?
International orders are sent out once a week on Thursday or Friday. In doing this we are able to keep our international shipping prices to a minimum. If you require expedited shipping outside Australia, please contact us for a personalised quote.
What happens if I purchase a preorder item as well as an in stock item?
Please note that your order will not ship until all items are in stock. If you would like the in stock items to be shipped separately, you will need to place two separate orders.
How will my order be sent?
This depends on the items you order and your location and address. For domestic orders we use Australia Post, Sendle and Fastways. International orders are sent via DHL and Australia Post.
Can I track my order?
This depends on the shipping option you select at checkout. If you select a trackable shipping option, you will be emailed the details as soon as they are made available by either us or the shipping provider directly.
How long will shipping take?
Standard - 2 to 6 business days
Express - 1 to 2 business days (depending on where you are in the Express network)
10 to 20 business days*
(Please note orders to Canada can take up to 6 weeks to arrive)
*Please note delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed out of our control. International delivery times do not take into account any customs delays or delays within the destination countries local postal service that may occur.
What do I do if my order is lost/damaged in transit?
We take extra care to pack each and every one of our orders to ensure their safety and security. Once your item has been shipped, My Little cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. We do however encourage you to contact us if anything happens so we can do our best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, if you selected an untracked shipping option there is nothing we can do to locate your order, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.
It is best if you can have your items delivered when you are present as our courier does require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, now what?
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and up to date. Failure to do so may result in your order being sent to the wrong address, in which case your order may be unrecoverable. Please contact us as soon as you realise so we can do our best to rectify the situation, however we cannot guarantee anything.
